Pumpkin and lentil cream recipe step by step
- Clean the pumpkin by removing the skin and the central part (where the threads and seeds are located) and cut it into small cubes.
- Peel and cut the onion in juliana.
- Sauté the onion over low heat in a pot with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
- Add the garlic and cook for another minute.
- Add the pumpkin, the previously washed lentils and the water to cover.
