The other day we tried the pear and peach smoothie . Today you only had peaches in the refrigerator so I decided to prepare a very cool peach smoothie for the cosmorecetas cooking blog.
The peach is a summer seasonal fruit so summer is a very good time to prepare it. However, we can also make peach smoothie the rest of the year using frozen peaches from supermarkets.
This recipe is very simple to prepare . We just need peaches, a little milk, ice and optionally some fresh mint.
Some people also add yogurt. Yogurt makes the shake creamier and more like a smoothie. You can also prepare a peach smoothie using a blender. This device removes all the pulp from the fruit, keeping only the liquid.

How to make peach smoothie
- The first step is to choose the fruit. The best option is to choose ripe peaches as it will give the smoothie a sweeter touch.
- Next we chop the peaches. We can prepare the smoothie with or without the skin. If you decide not to peel them, it is important to wash them well. This way the skin will have a softer texture.
- We add the peach pieces to the blender along with the 200 ml of milk.
- We beat all the ingredients until we obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- We add the ice cubes and continue beating for a few more seconds.
- When the mixture is homogeneous again, pour it into 3 glasses or let it rest in the refrigerator so that the smoothie is even colder. Optionally we can add a slice of peach to the glass as decoration.
