How to make a banana cake

  1. In a container we add half of the sugar (about 62 grams) along with the 3 eggs. We beat the entire mixture with a whisk until it doubles in size. It is important that it is assembled with a foamy texture. This is achieved by spending a good time mixing the ingredients.
  2. In another kitchen container we add the rest of the sugar. We peel the bananas and also add them with the sugar to this second container. We mixed everything until it was like a mashed banana.
  3. Next we added the mashed banana with the first container where we had sugar and the eggs. We mix everything.
  4. We add the oil and continue mixing everything so that it is more or less homogeneous.
  5. Finally we add the sifted flour and yeast. We mix everything again until there are no lumps.
  6. We preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 ºC. While we add the mixture obtained into a cake mold. It is important to cover the mold with baking paper or butter to prevent the cake from sticking.
  7. We put the mold into the oven and wait about 35-40 minutes. This time is approximate since each oven is different. For this reason, we periodically recommend checking the state of the cake by poking it with a toothpick. If it comes out clean it is already cooked. Otherwise, we leave a few more minutes.
  8. We already have our cake or banana cake prepared. We only have to serve it and impress our friends or family with this sweet dessert. Next we tell you what extra ingredients you can add to make it even more delicious.

I like it a lot undo dark chocolate to the bain-marie and use it to cover the entire cake. Let cool and we will have an exquisite layer of chocolate on top.

When I want to be a little healthier then sprinkle some icing sugar (without going overboard) and I put some kind of dried fruit , usually nuts.

Many times I like to accompany him with some piece of banana or put pieces of this fruit on top, cut into slices.

Try adding a little cinnamon .

It is exquisite!

So I decided to mix cooking with my other great passion: web programming. That's why I decided to open this blog where I post the different recipes that I'm cooking.
