Lemon and condensed milk mousse recipe
Today's recipe is a lemon and condensed milk dessert. This lemon-based mousse is one of my favorites. Its tasty and refreshing taste is perfect to wash down food. In addition, the condensed milk that we add gives it the typical sweetness of desserts.
This dessert is light and very quick to prepare. We just need lemons, eggs and condensed milk. Additionally we can add other ingredients such as yogurt or a cookie base.

How to make lemon mousse
- Line the bottom of 4 molds with aluminum foil where we will prepare the mousse.
- We remove the skin of a lemon in strips. We cut the lemon strips into julienne strips.
- Boil half a glass of water in a pot with 2 tablespoons of sugar.
- Let it boil for about 5 minutes until it sets.
- In a pan we dilute the gelatin sheets with a little salt. We save.
- With a juicer we squeeze the lemons and save them for later use.
- In a container we add the condensed milk and lemon juice. We beat with a whisk mixer.
- Next we add the gelatin that we have prepared.
- We take the egg whites and beat until stiff.
- We add the rest of the ingredients to the whipped egg whites and stir to mix all the ingredients well.
- Fill the molds with the mousse that we have just prepared and let them rest in the refrigerator so that they acquire the required texture.
- We take out the mold and put the candied lemon peel on top. We put some mint leaves on top of the lemon mousse with condensed milk.
- We can now enjoy this exquisite dessert!
