Broccoli with egg recipe
Today's recipe is very, very simple to prepare and also only requires two ingredients. Broccoli and egg. The basis of this dish are these two foods. However, as in most recipes, we can add many more additional elements.

How to make egg with broccoli
- We put water in a saucepan and leave it on the fire until the water boils.
- While we wash and cut the broccoli by the florets under the leaves.
- Once the water is boiling add the broccoli pieces and a pinch of salt. Sometimes instead of boiling it I like to steam it with a good steamer.
- We let it cook for 10-15 minutes. It is important that it is cooked, but without softening too much, that it is a little crunchy.
- When there are 5 minutes left, we put oil in a pan to heat over medium heat.
- Once the broccoli pieces are cooked, cut them a little and when the oil is hot, add them to the pan that we have prepared.
- Then we break the eggs and add them also in the pan. We are stirring the mixture.
- When we see that the egg is already cooked, we take it out and serve it.
- Peel the prawns and add them to our plate.
- We can add ground pepper or curry to spice up the dish a little.
