Mango Salad Recipe
Salads are very easy dishes to prepare and provide many nutrients and vitamins. Today's salad is made from a tropical fruit, mango. This fruit has a flavor that I love and to my surprise, there are still many people in my country who have never tried it.
The other day some friends came to our house for lunch and as appetizers I prepared a mango salad with nuts and a lemon juice dressing. They were delighted! None of them had ever tried this tropical fruit.
The ingredients in this recipe are not essential. You can change ingredients for others or add more. As long as we put its main ingredient, the mango, the rest is free choice. Put those vegetables, greens and nuts that you fancy the most. Even try different dressings!

How to make mango salad
- The first course to prepare a fresh mango salad is to take a salad bowl or a bowl where we will add all the ingredients.
- Cut the purple onion in juliana or finely chopped. We reserve.
- Peel the mango and cut it into small pieces. We save.
- Add the lamb's lettuce, lettuce and spinach to the salad bowl, creating a base of leaves in the salad.
- Next we add the onion that we have just cut and the mango pieces that will add a tropical touch to our salad.
- Add some walnuts and season to taste with oil, salt and ground pepper. Optionally we can dress the mango salad with a little lemon juice.
- We already have this simple mango salad prepared and ready to enjoy.
